Spain felt like home. I guess they always say that Spanish people are lovely, friendly, like a big family.
And this is exactly what we found.
Everything was perfect, the food, the weather, the atmosphere. Everything.
Me and Livio went to visit my beautiful aunt Shirin that lives in Puerto Banús
and we got the chance to stay with her in her lovely home.
A typical spanish home I guess: white walls, dark wooden tables, beautiful windows and of course
a sweet little cactus outside of the door.
One of the best things about our holiday in Spain is that Shirin knew all the lovely places to visit and to eat.
Knut’s is perfect for dinner. Just perfect.
One day we went to the beach, the weather was sunny but windy as well and that’s how I like it,
especially at the beach.
While we were having our lunch a beautiful girl started playing with a stick and I don’t know what it was about her,
I had to take a picture.
We had paella, a really good one. Livio doesn’t eat fish so me and Shirin had the pleasure of eating it all.
We also had Pil Pil, which is this boiling plate full of shrimps and chili and this lovely sauce,
I could eat hundreds of them.
The day couldn’t have been more perfect, I can still feel the sun on my body and the perfume of the sea.
During the night Shirin suggested Ronda, this old little town practically built on top of a mountain.
The next morning me and Livio went up there with our little lovely car and I swear the road would never end.
But it was actually a lot of fun, it felt like we were in a film, a beautiful film.
I knew that Spanish people have something called siesta, which practically means they disappear after lunch.
The roads turned empty in a second, we were shocked.
But me and Livio could easily live in Spain, we really could adapt very easily.
